SMS Terms of Use
Last updated: August 4, 2026
LensLlama (operated by Foundry Lane LLC dba LensLlama) sends transactional SMS/text messages to optical laboratory accounts that have opted in with a mobile number during onboarding. Eye care practice accounts never receive text messages from LensLlama.
Message types
Transactional order notifications only: when a new lens order is placed with your lab, and when an ordering practice cancels or modifies an order before you have accepted it. Messages are sent only in response to activity on your account. We never send marketing or promotional messages by SMS.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order volume. There is no fixed number of messages per period.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently for that number. You can also remove or change the number in your lab account settings at any time; consent is tied to the specific number given, so changing it requires consenting again.
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP for support information, or email contact@lensllama.net. This number is not monitored for replies other than STOP and HELP — for anything else, email contact@lensllama.net.
Carriers and delivery
SMS delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier availability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and we never send marketing content by SMS. The number is used to deliver the notifications described above and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Consent
Consent to receive these messages is optional and is never a condition of creating or keeping a LensLlama account. A laboratory that does not opt in still receives every order by email. You can see exactly what a laboratory is shown when opting in on our SMS consent disclosure.
Questions about these terms: contact@lensllama.net. How we handle the phone number itself is described in our Privacy Policy, and general use of the platform is governed by our Terms of Service.
